Expedited Filing

Most states offer an "expedite service" for filing your Articles of Incorporation or Organization for an additional fee. This usually speeds up filing time tremendously. Expedited Filing in many states is typically 1 to 5 business days (Delaware corporations are FORMED 24 HRS after receipt), plus mail time!
